We will clarify where you are currently in a few key areas, set specific goals for the journey, examine what you are currently focused on, what level of agency or control you feel you have right now in your life, and examine what habits you have that are already supporting you or pulling you away from performing at your highest level.
Our goal here is to understand where you have strengths and gaps in the amount of clarity you have in your life right now. Who are you showing up as everyday, what are you working towards and how you going to get there. We’ll identify what principles and practices can support you in progressing and performing at your best every day.
We will explore, engage and articulate your unique expression of Life Purpose. This is deeply a profound way to engage in the remainder of the curriculum sessions to ensure maximum effectiveness in reaching your goals and living and leading purposefully, as an authentic expression of who you are in all areas of your life.
In this session we will aim to understand how much energy you have each day and how to amplify it to higher levels so that you have the vibrancy and stamina needed to achieve your goals and live a fully charged life by providing leading edge practices.
Our goal in this session is to discuss where you feel you’ve been confident and courageous in life, and where you might be holding back or backing down in some situations and apply these insights in areas of your life to create the greatest impact.
In this session we’ll see how productive and effective you feel in life and work, and give you a set of tools, concepts and practices to help you quickly improve those areas and create a roadmap for the future to stay focused on what matters most.
Our goal in this session is to gauge how influential you’ve felt in your relationships and career, and to give you a tools, insights and concepts that will raise your level of action and influence and help you put these into action in your daily life.
At this half way point in the program we’ll now start to go deeper into the six pillars of Purposeful Performance: your psychology, physiology, persuasive skills, presence, and higher purpose. Our goal in this session is to presence the success mindset within you.
In this session we will check in on your energy and physiology work from Session 4 and build on it with some more advanced tools in activating your physiology, and subtle energy body in a way that will make you feel much stronger and more vibrant.
Our goal in this session is to review how productive you have been over the past few weeks so we can look at additional next-level tools and inspired models to identify ways that you can become even more effective towards the top goals in your life.
In this session we will gauge how persuasive and influential you’ve felt in your relationships and career, and I will give you some break though tools and models that will raise your effectiveness in these areas – that you can use for the rest of your life.
COMMITMENT TO PERFORMANCE ON PURPOSE
In this the final session we will check in on your performance and define your best areas for commitment and discipline moving forward. In this completion session you will determine the best and most resonant next steps on your Conscious Adventure.
